Jason Conroy - Two-Sport Athlete in College Before Moving to Medford

Jason Conroy was a two-sport athlete in college and high school before he moved to Medford, Massachusetts to start working in the Boston area as a personal trainer. He is now a Tier 3 trainer at Equinox Sports Club in Boston.

Conroy has worked for several gyms in Boston over the years, including Bally Total Fitness, Boston Sports Club, and Evolve Fitness. He has trained clients of all abilities to improve their stamina, endurance, and strength. He gets his athletic drive and determination to work hard to improve his health through exercise from his time as a college athlete.

Being a college athlete taught Jason Conroy many things before he graduated and moved to Medford, Massachusetts to start his career. The experience taught him that no matter how hard he works, there will always be a next step, another level of achievement that he has to continue to strive for. He learned many lessons as a student-athlete that he would have otherwise been oblivious to. Student-athletes must be excellent at prioritizing and using their time intelligently. They have to practice with the team, eat healthy, train individually to improve their skills, and be ambassadors to the rest of the sporting and college community, all while remaining focused on and dedicated to their studies in pursuit of their degrees.

Jason Conroy Medford played football and track in high school and college before Medford, and was constantly putting his body and mind under intense strain. He was able to succeed in his student-athlete career and earn his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science so that he could be a personal trainer.
